Your order will be shipped out from either Taiwan or France.
Shipping to Europe
Starting from this October, we partner with Meeple Logistics in France to fulfill the orders for European customers. We will sea freight a few pallets of games to their warehouse in Strasbourg and they will begin fulfilling all the preorders after Essen Spiel (ended on October 27). In this way our European customers will save a good amount of shipping cost and you won't have to pay for the customs duty. How cool is that!
However, the stock level in Meeple Logistics is not as high as in Taiwan, so we might need to restock the games from time to time. If you happen to order a game that is currently out of stock in Meeple Logistics, we will contact you to see if you are willing to wait for a period of time or prefer removing the missing item(s) from your order. This is our first step to make our games more accessible in European market, please feel free to send us any feedback that can make it a better service.
Shipping to other countries
For all the other destinations, we will package the games and ship them to you from Taiwan with tracking numbers. Through our post office service, it takes about 7-10 business days to arrive in most of the countries. If you want to have your games delivered in a desired time frame or before specific dates, please send us a note and we can use other options to work it out for you.
Restricted shipping/pick-up options
Some items in TBD Games Online Shop are only available under specific shipping or pick-up conditions. For example, our in-house designed T-shirt will be available for pick-up in Essen Spiel and for orders that are shipped out from Taiwan, but NOT AVAILABLE for orders that are shipped out from Meeple Logistics, due to the difficulty of inventory management of T-shirts. We will label the restrictions clearly in the product description section. Please kindly pay attention to these notes.
Damaged or missing parts
If the games you received contain any damaged or missing components, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can send you the replacements in a timely manner.
Return & Refund
If you received items that are not what you intended to order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will arrange a refund or re-send the correct items to you if available.
